Capturing the Beauty: Farah & Enzo's Unforgettable Wedding Day

On a beautiful October day when the tips of the trees were painted with red and orange hues and the daytime sun was still warm on your skin, Farah and Enzo made an eternal commitment to each other. A celebration filled with love, connecting with loved ones and memorable moments, this wedding was one for the books!

Farah's day began at her parent's house where she prepared for the exciting festivities ahead. Joined by her sister and maid of honour, Wajya and her mother Sheena, the ladies enjoyed a morning of pampering and quality family time. Tiffany from Fancy Face did a wonderful job on everyone's makeup and had Farah all dolled up with an elegant eyeliner and rosy cheeks.

Farah's gown From Elisabeth & Beau, featuring flower detailing, rhinestone straps and a long lacey train was absolutely stunning.

When Farah's father saw her in her dress for the first time, he couldn't help but tear up... along with everyone else in the room. Wajya's gown, also from Elisabeth & Beau was an elegant one-strap floor-length gown in a forest green.

Meanwhile, Enzo was getting ready at his parent's home with a group of his close friends and family. They enjoyed a few shots of Amaro Montenegro and raised a toast to Enzo's marriage. Enzo was looking sharp in his Robbie Brown suit and his stylish

velvet dress shoes.

Finally, it was time for the bride and groom to each make their way to the wedding venue. Farah arrived in style in a black SUV from MoeLimo.

The wedding was held at Copper Creek Golf Course, whose majestic copper-roofed clubhouse provided a picturesque panoramic view of the valley below. Farah and Enzo had their first reveal against a breathtaking backdrop of fall trees.

As guests began to arrive they enjoyed the welcoming melodies from Wanes Moubayed's violin. Creations by Gitta crafted gorgeous flower arrangements that lined the aisle and beautiful bouquets for Farah, the maid of honour and the flower girls. Featuring white roses and lush foliage they were elegant and eye-catching.

The DJ swapped in for the ceremony to begin. Farah's processional song was The Piano Guys' rendition of A Thousand Years. As they exchanged vows, a light rain began to fall but nobody seemed to notice since they were so enthralled by the beautiful words. Plus rain is good luck on your wedding day!

Guests made their way inside to enjoy the cocktail hour featuring more beautiful music from Wanes' violin and delectable passed hors-d'oeuvres of lamb chops, shrimp and cheesy arancini balls.

Guests entered the spectacular reception hall and were awed by the Creations By Gitta flower arrangements, tall glass candle cylinders and personalized menu cards.

Farah and Enzo burst through the doors dancing to Pretty Young Thing by John Gibbons and made their way to the white vinyl dance floor with a decorative black monogram from Designer Dance Floors.

Dinner featured a four-course meal of antipasto di mare with fennel cake, pasta and risotto, a rib-eye steak with potatoes, rapini and red/ yellow peppers and a creme brûlée for dessert.

But of course, there was also cake! To begin the cake-cutting, there was the cake-cutting ceremony featuring the knife dance. This is a Persian tradition where when the bride and groom are ready to cut the cake, they have to earn the knife. A female family member or friend will begin to dance with the knife. In this case, it was Farah's sister, Wajya. The couple then must offer money to Wajya in exchange for the knife. Only once the dancer is won over will she present the couple with the knife. Enzo and Farah successfully earned the knife and were able to cut into their gorgeous wedding cake.

Made by Patisserie V. Marie, this work of art featured roses and a monogram matching the dance floor. It was difficult to have to cut into this gorgeous cake but the delicious red velvet, vanilla bean and strawberry cream filling was definitely worth it.

An all-time favourite at each wedding is always the photo booth. Guests love to make faces, use props and have a keepsake from the wedding. Photobooth TO supplied hours of entertainment and take-home memories for Farah & Enzo's friends and family.

Another highlight of the evening was the fireworks show from Sky Jewel Fireworks. The beautiful explosions of light mirrored the excitement of the day.

And of course, there was no shortage of dancing! Platinum Entertainment Solutions made sure everyone was having the best time and showing off their best dance moves.

Jenna from Jenna Planned This crafted such a gorgeous wedding. Plus her coordination on the day was extremely organized and she brought a positive and calm energy to keep the day running smoothly.
